I have a chance to buy a 1910 Ford and was told it needed a clutch plate. Is this a hard job to replace? Does anyone have experience in replacing one?

I have not replace one in a 1910 but ingeneral they are no more difficult than to replace one in a car or truck.
It is best to do it on a cement floor and use two floor jacks to carry the front and rear of the tractor as you separate the halves. You may need a pilot shaft to line up the new clutch plate on assembly.
